What happens to your property after the purchase is made?Our approach varies based on several factors. Typically, we sell to developers who have an interest in construction within new areas. Additionally, we maintain strong relationships with builders and contractors, often selling to them. In cases where these options are not viable, we engage in marketing the property. This process involves sending a photographer and drone videographer to capture the property, conducting further evaluations to fully understand its potential.

How do I get paid for my property?We will work with a title company to handle all fees and transfer of money. We want this to be safe and easy for both of us.

When can I expect to receive payment?During the due diligence process, we often uncover issues that require resolution before closing, such as title complications or property easements. Therefore, we prefer to provide the title company with ample time. As investors, part of our due diligence involves determining the property's ultimate use, including the possibility of partnering with other investor groups. If the opportunity arises, we are certainly eager to close the deal before the scheduled closing period concludes. It's important to note that expeditious closure aligns with our best interests
